The purpose of the gender pay gap legislation is to highlight and encourage equal gender representation within an organisation. We are committed to providing an environment where everyone flourishes equally to reach their full potential. We are making steady progress but know we need to do more. Highlighted in our report are our focus areas and the actions we have taken to achieve our long-term goals.
