PHD Access on an investment led by MML Ireland and Goodbody Capital Partners
ALG is advising PHD Access and its shareholders on an investment led by MML Ireland and Goodbody Capital Partners.
PHD Access provides scaffolding and specialist access services across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. Its work covers construction, infrastructure, data centres, semiconductor manufacturing, life sciences and heritage projects. The investment will support growth in PHD's existing markets, entry into new ones and the acquisition of established access businesses, with the aim of building PHD into Europe's leading specialist access provider. The Dwyer family will keep a majority shareholding through significant reinvestment and will continue to lead the business.
The deal team was led by Corporate and M&A partner Phil Fogarty supported by Gavin Dowd, Dillon Harris, Steven Duggan, Andrew McClintock and Jasmine Bird, alongside colleagues across a range of specialist practice groups.
