Taxonomy Regulation – Proposed technical screening criteria and amendments published
The European Commission has published draft technical screening criteria in respect of four of the environmental objectives under the Taxonomy Regulation and proposed amendments to the Taxonomy Article 8 Delegated Act and the Taxonomy Climate Delegated Act. The European Commission has launched a consultation seeking stakeholder feedback on these proposals. In this update we provide an overview of these proposals and note the launch of the EU Taxonomy Navigator website by the European Commission.
