Update to COVID-19 employer and employee income supports
As Ireland is facing into potentially the longest lockdown since the COVID-19 pandemic began, employers and employees once again find themselves in need of financial support from the Irish government. In response, the government recently announced a number of amendments to the Employment Wage Subsidy Scheme and the Pandemic Unemployment Payment, particularly in relation to the level of payments available until the end of March 2021.
