Paula Reid is a partner and Head of A&L Goodbody's Knowledge and Practice Development team. Alison Bradshaw is Head of Enterprise, Technology & Transactions Legal at AIB. An Irish-qualified solicitor with over 25 years' experience in private practice and in-house roles, she leads the legal teams supporting AIB's technology, cyber, strategic projects, commercial contracts and institutional agendas, as well as AIB's Third Party Management teams. Her experience spans financial services, including lending, regulatory change, ESG, data protection and legal operations. She has a particular interest in technology, digital transformation and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, leading teams that help AIB deliver for its customers while navigating change at the intersection of business strategy, innovation, regulation and risk management.

Celine is Head of Knowledge Delivery, leading the development and implementation of knowledge and collaboration systems that support both our lawyers and clients. With a background in legal information management and postgraduate qualifications in IT and Fintech Innovation, Celine delivers user-centred, practical knowledge solutions. She advises on best practice in knowledge sharing, intranet design, information governance, search and KM processes. Celine has also worked closely with client legal teams on knowledge strategies that align with business goals and support team engagement.

Sarah Lee is a Senior Practice Development Lawyer, working with A&L Goodbody's Financial Regulation Advisory and Regulatory Investigations teams. Sarah has extensive experience as a financial regulatory lawyer, advising on contentious and non-contentious matters for domestic and international clients involving complex regulatory and compliance issues. Sarah provides professional support to the Financial Regulation Advisory and Regulatory Investigations teams and clients. Her work involves reporting on legal and policy developments, assisting with legal queries, preparing client publications and developing and delivering internal and client training.

Michelle has more than 20 years’ experience as a corporate transactions lawyer in Ireland. She has advised both domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings, joint ventures and reorganisations. Michelle has been supporting the firm’s corporate team as a Senior Practice Development Consultant since 2022, drafting legal documentation, providing updates regarding changes in company and corporate law and assisting with legal and transactional queries. Her work also involves developing and delivering internal and client training and producing client briefings.

Sinéad is a senior Practice Development Consultant in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. She is a highly experienced commercial litigator having advised market leading corporate clients on complex commercial disputes and investigations with a particular focus on the financial services and aviation sectors. Sinéad also advised clients on their contentious engagement with regulators and other statutory bodies and provided strategic advice on risk management including in the context of regulatory and legislative developments.

Holly Cunningham is an associate in A&L Goodbody’s Technology Group. Holly advises clients on litigation and regulatory disputes and investigations in the technology sector, with a particular focus on online platform and content regulation, data protection, and telecoms. Holly has significant experience advising clients before key Irish technology regulators across both supervisory and contentious engagements. She regularly acts for clients in statutory appeal and judicial review proceedings and has been involved in numerous high-profile technology disputes before the Irish courts.

Dario leads ALG's Investigations Practice and is Head of our Regulatory Investigations Group. He coordinates a combined team providing financial regulatory, governance and strategic advice to boards and executive teams on a range of regulatory reviews, compliance remediation and redress programmes and enforcement investigations. Dario has acted on a large range of Central Bank enforcement investigations and related complaints and litigation and has advised clients in financial services and other sectors on implementing, reviewing and enhancing compliance programmes.

John Whelan is a litigation partner in A&L Goodbody's market-leading Technology group. John advises clients on litigation and regulatory disputes and investigations with a focus within the technology and pharma sectors, specifically in the areas of content regulation, privacy, IP, and telecoms. He has been involved in many of the most significant cases, in those areas, that have come before the Irish courts, including significant CJEU referrals and appeals. John is a CEDR Accredited Mediator. John previously headed up A&L Goodbody’s US offices in San Francisco and Palo Alto. Before joining A&L Goodbody, John worked for a number of years with Freshfields in their London and Hong Kong offices.

Niamh McMahon is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. Niamh has particular expertise in property and development finance and financings involving fund structures. Niamh also advises domestic and international credit institutions and corporate entities on a wide range of other types of finance transactions, including acquisition financing, project financing, asset financing and debt restructuring.
