Aisling Ward is an associate at A&L Goodbody's Asset Management & Investment Funds group. Aisling’s experience includes advising on the formation, structuring and ongoing compliance matters of all types of Irish domiciled investment funds including UCITS, AIFs, property funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs).
Prior to joining ALG, Aisling worked at an independent Luxembourg law firm and at a US law firm in Dublin and London (on secondment). Aisling gained experience advising on the structuring, establishment and distribution of open-ended and closed-ended fund structures across a range of onshore and offshore fund jurisdictions.
