Alanna Byrne is an associate in the A&L Goodbody's Environmental & Planning group. She is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious environmental and planning matters, including assisting in the consenting process for offshore wind projects and reviewing planning application documents and environmental reports. Alanna also has experience advising on the planning and environmental aspects of numerous corporate, property and energy transactions. She has initiated and defended many judicial review challenges, both in the specialist Planning and Environmental List of the High Court and on appeal to the Court of Appeal.
