Aoife Smyth has extensive experience as a property transactions lawyer and has advised a range of clients on all aspects of property law including the acquisition and disposal of investment property portfolios, property financing, renewable energy projects and the negotiation of commercial leases.
Aoife has been supporting A&L Goodbody’s commercial property team as a Knowledge Lawyer since 2015, drafting legal documentation, providing updates regarding changes in property law and assisting with legal and transactional queries. Her work also involves developing and delivering internal and client training and producing client briefings.
