Bill advises on compliance with financial services regulatory requirements, product design and launch, authorisations, licence amendments, and institution acquisitions and disposals. Bill has advised on several of the largest Irish authorisation projects in recent years, and has undertaken secondments to two leading fintech firms in the banking and payments sector.
