Clare O'Donnell is a senior associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency group in Belfast. Clare has previous experience advising in a broad range of commercial and financial services related disputes, including contractual disputes, mortgage enforcement, insolvency and procurement challenges.
Since joining ALG in 2021 she now specialises in advising on contentious and non-contentious litigation specifically relating to business recovery and insolvency. She has acted for local and national banks, financial institutions and funds in respect of cases within the Commercial and Chancery Court in Northern Ireland.

- Administrators including Deloitte, and Ernst & Young in respect of administrations, and fixed charge receiverships.
