Declan Naughton is an associate in A&L Goodbody’s Disputes & Investigations group. Declan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, primarily in the technology sector. Declan has experience advising on all aspects of commercial litigation from pre-litigation to hearings at all levels of jurisdiction, including the WRC, Circuit Court and High Court.
Declan also has expertise in respect of white-collar issues including fraud, corruption, whistleblowing, inside information and he has advised on statutory investigations relating to these issues. Declan also regularly advises on sanctions and export-controls issues.
