Eimear McCluskey is an associate in our Technology Group. She advises clients on all aspects of content and online platform regulation. She has extensive experience in advising clients on their compliance with the DSA and other applicable content laws in Ireland and the EU, as well as on their engagement with regulators. Eimear recently completed a secondment in San Francisco with a leading multi-national technology company, supporting their content regulatory team.
Eimear also regularly advises clients on data protection and commercial matters, including contract negotiations and IP advisory work. She is a registered Trade Mark Agent (Ireland) and Trade Mark and Design Attorney (EU).
