Jayne Adair is a senior associate in our Real Estate group in Belfast. Jayne advises on all aspects of real estate for developers, investors, landlords, retailers, banks, and government bodies. She is dual-qualified in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. She specialises in property development (both residential and commercial), commercial investment acquisitions, and real estate finance.
Jayne also has extensive experience in energy matters, acting for both developers and financial institutions in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Her experience includes providing real estate advice in relation to the development, acquisition and disposal of onshore wind projects, energy storage projects, and solar farms.
