John David Mulcahy is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations Group. He advises clients on a wide range of contentious commercial matters, with particular expertise in financial services and judicial review. John David also advises on the litigation-related aspects of corporate reorganisations.

John David has significant experience in the High Court and Commercial Court and has acted in a number of matters before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.  John David also has experience of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation.

John David is a member of the firm’s Product Liability specialist practice group.  He specialises in product liability litigation and product regulatory compliance, including product safety recalls, crisis management, and regulatory investigations. He has significant experience defending clients in multi-party and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
