Lawrence-John Maralack, or LJ, is an Associate lawyer in A&L Goodbody’s Disputes and Investigations Group, specialising in regulatory risks and investigations in the financial services sector. LJ has particular experience advising regulated financial institutions and other entities on complex investigations, sanctions anti-circumvention, general corporate law and governance, director and officer liability, consumer protection, ESG and overall regulatory compliance. LJ also has a keen interest in the corporate social responsibility aspects of the firm, advising some of the firm’s pro bono partners.
