Lawrence-John Maralack, or LJ, is an associate in A&L Goodbody’s Disputes and Investigations Group, specialising in regulatory risks and investigations. LJ has particular experience advising regulated financial institutions and other entities on complex investigations, sanctions anti-circumvention, general corporate law and governance, director and officer liability, consumer protection and overall regulatory compliance. LJ also has a keen interest in the corporate social responsibility aspects of the firm, advising some of the firm’s pro bono partners.
