Linda advises leading domestic and international clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and regulatory investigations, with particular expertise in financial services and contentious mandates involving multiple claims and parties. Linda has extensive experience in handling complex and high-profile cases in the Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court as well as regularly advising clients involved in arbitrations, mediations and commercial negotiations. She acts for a broad range of clients including technology companies, insurers, public bodies, pension schemes, commercial banks, property funds, construction companies and professional services firms.
