Ronan McCann is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Employment group and acts for a range of clients across a variety of business and industry sectors, advising on all aspects of Irish employment law – both contentious and non-contentious. This includes preparing employment contracts and policies in line with latest market practice and supporting HR teams in navigating complex employee / industrial relations issues or workplace restructurings. Ronan also handles terminations, settlement negotiations and claims before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
