Has there been a change recently to the list of jurisdictions from which investment companies can re-domicile to Ireland?

Answer

Yes. Investment companies from the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Bermuda and Guernsey can now re-domicile to Ireland as ICAVs or investment companies. You can read more about re-domiciling to Ireland as an ICAV here.
