Legal issues affecting the waste sector - November 2016
Speaking at the recent Waste Management Ireland Conference, Alison Fanagan, joint head of the Environment and Planning Group at A & L Goodbody, addressed four issues as follows: the EPA's enforcement policy, trends in prosecutions, an update on the EPA's financial provision requirements, and three recent judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU.
