Alison Fanagan is a Consultant in A&L Goodbody's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and a former Partner of the firm, with over 26 years' experience. She is joint Head of the Environmental and Planning Group, and provides specialist advice on all aspects of planning, environmental and health and safety law both contentious and non-contentious. Alison is also an experienced commercial litigator, with a particular focus on judicial review. Alison also advises on the defence of criminal prosecutions, on taking and defending claims for negligence and nuisance, and on all aspects of planning injunctions.
