New Procurement Thresholds 2018/2019

The European Commission revises the public procurement thresholds every two years. The new thresholds, published on 18 December 2017, apply from 1 January 2018.  

Contracts with an estimated value equal to or greater than these thresholds (excluding VAT) must be advertised in the Official Journal and the procedures in the applicable directive will apply.
