A&L Goodbody publishes Responsible Business Report 2025
A&L Goodbody (ALG) has published its Responsible Business Report 2025. The report highlights the firm’s progress during 2025 under its Responsible Business and Pro Bono strategies.
The report showcases the firm’s performance across key areas including; environmental sustainability, community engagement, pro bono, ESG advisory for clients and ALG’s inclusive and supportive working environment.
Key highlights from the report include:
- Environment: 4% reduction in carbon footprint compared to 2024 with the firm on track to reduce its footprint by 50% by 2030 under its science-based targets.
- Social impact: 800+ student experiences delivered through its education and employment programmes.
- Pro bono work: 75% of our lawyers delivering 13,000+ hours of pro bono in 2025, including supporting 81 child refugees with family unification.
- People: strong engagement from colleagues with over a quarter supporting our internal committees and networks.
