A&L Goodbody recognised across 20 practice areas in Chambers and Partners UK 2026

A&L Goodbody (ALG) has once again been recognised by Chambers and Partners in the UK 2026 Guide, receiving rankings across 20 practice areas in Northern Ireland.
The firm achieved Band 1 recognition in 13 practice areas, including:

ALG also received Band 2 rankings in seven additional practice areas, covering Administrative & Public Law, Construction, Education (Institutions), Licensing, Planning and Environment, Professional Negligence and Public Procurement.
Notably, ALG remains the only Northern Ireland firm to hold Band 1 rankings in Banking & Finance, Competition Law and Restructuring/Insolvency.
Alongside the practice area results, 56 ALG lawyers were individually recognised, reflecting the depth of talent across the firm and the high standard of expertise delivered to clients.
