A&L Goodbody wins two prestigious European awards
A&L Goodbody (ALG) was recognised in two categories at the prestigious Chambers Europe Awards 2025 held in Madrid last night. The two winning awards are Irish Law Firm of the Year and DEI Outstanding Firm. We were also shortlisted in the Pro Bono Outstanding Firm category.
Hosted annually, the Chambers Europe Awards acknowledge the contribution of national and international law firms across Europe. Based on rigorous client research, the awards recognise outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service over the past 12 months.
This is the fourth time in the last nine years that we have been named Irish Law Firm of the Year by Chambers Europe. The DEI Outstanding Firm award follows ALG being named Company of the Year 2025 at the National Diversity & Inclusion Awards earlier this year.
Commenting on receiving the awards, David Widger, Managing Partner at ALG, said: “To be recognised by our clients and the market for these two awards makes us immensely proud. We have fantastic clients and brilliant people, without whom these successes would not be possible. I would like to thank everyone in ALG for continually setting the standard for excellent client service and helping to make our firm an inclusive workplace for all.”
