ALG advises MZURI Holdings Limited on latest acquisition

Our Belfast office has advised Mzuri Holdings Limited – owner of Decora Blind Systems and Domus Lumina, a leading European manufacturer and distributor of indoor window coverings with operations in Northern Ireland, England and Lithuania – on its acquisitions of UK-based Swift Blinds Direct and Netherlands-based Coolblinds.

The acquisitions come following the April 2020 investment in Mzuri by the Business Growth Fund, on which our Belfast team also advised. Led by Corporate Partner Peter Stafford, the team included Associate Nikki Stewart and Solicitors Amyee Taylor and Jacob Gray.

Commenting on the acquisitions, Mzuri Chairman John Davison said “we are delighted to welcome Swift Direct Blinds and Coolblinds to the Mzuri Group. These two acquisitions will enable Mzuri to invest further in product development to the wider benefit of consumers.
