Exponent on its recently announced investment in KTL
With headquarters in Ireland and employing more than 600 people across Ireland and the UK, KTL has established itself as a leading provider of engineering services, supporting critical telecommunications and power infrastructure across Ireland and the UK. Exponent’s partnership with KTL will unlock growth, strengthening the business model to support rising demand in both the Irish and UK markets. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals in Ireland.

This is the second Irish investment on which ALG has advised Exponent this summer, following its recently announced investment in OFS.
