Sarah Murphy (Partner and co-Head, Disputes & Investigations) and Simon Barber (Senior lawyer, Disputes & Investigations) have authored the Ireland chapter for the 2026 edition of the Law Over Borders Class Actions Comparative Guide.&

The guide delivers a comprehensive analysis of class action and collective redress regimes spanning various jurisdictions, addressing the evolution of group litigation frameworks, procedural and funding requirements, available remedies and ongoing legislative reform.

Sarah and Simon look forward to joining fellow contributors at the Class Actions Author Symposium at London International Disputes Week on 3 June 2026, which will feature a panel discussion "Class Actions Unpacked: Risks, Trends and What's Coming Next" exploring international perspectives and trends, emerging areas of risk and recent procedural developments.

A&L Goodbody’s chapter can be downloaded as a PDF here, and the full guide is available online here (registration required).
