• Instructed by one of the largest locally owned financial institutions in Northern Ireland on all their IT law mandates, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts for the provision of AI-driven decision management systems. 
• Acting for one of the largest pharmacy groups in Northern Ireland to draft and negotiate a framework services agreement for the implementation of a centralised AI-powered robotic medicine dispensary product. 
• Instructed by a provider of AI-enabled risk assessment software to draft a bespoke software licence agreement for the provision of its technology.
• A global health-tech company in the negotiation of an IT services agreement to integrate its proprietary, award winning neurostimulation headset product.
• Advising a Northern Irish government-owned public body on the re-tender of its digital services solution and the drafting of bespoke clauses to integrate the usage of AI tools in its IT T&Cs.
