Ella Weld is an associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds group whose experience includes advising international asset management firms and investment banks, promoters and service providers in relation to the establishment, authorisation and operation of all types of Irish investment funds. Ella has experience with a variety of fund structures including UCITS, QIAIFs, RIAIFs, property funds, private credit funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs). Ella also advises Irish domiciled investment funds on ongoing compliance and regulatory matters.

Ella trained with ALG working with our Asset Management & Investment Funds team in the ALG London office.
