Hayley Jenkinson is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Asset Management & Investment Funds group. Hayley has experience advising on the establishment and ongoing operation of all types of Irish investment funds including UCITS, QIAIFs, RIAIFs and unregulated limited partnerships as well as the authorisation and ongoing obligations of UCITS managers and alternative investment fund managers. Hayley is a member of the departmental Sustainable Finance & ESG Group, which advises on SFDR and Taxonomy Regulation compliance amongst other ESG related issues.
