Karla Hart is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations group, where she specialises in white-collar crime and commercial litigation, including reputational issues.  

Her criminal practice focuses on advising individuals and companies on issues including corporate fraud, bribery/corruption, money laundering and company law breaches. She has experience acting for clients that have been prosecuted on indictment in the Circuit Court. She has also acted for clients in the context of internal and external investigations, and in managing engagement with law enforcement and regulators.

Karla also has commercial litigation expertise, advising on all aspects of commercial litigation from pre-litigation to District Court, High Court and Circuit Court proceedings. Karla's corporate reputation practice involves advising on reputational issues, including crisis communications and defamation cases. She has specific expertise in online defamation and disputes involving social media companies.
