Laurie Dineen is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Corporate department and will be spending her time between our London and Dublin offices advising clients on Irish and cross-border transactions. Laurie has experience advising on M&A, co-investments, management incentivisation arrangements and other general corporate, governance and commercial matters for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in transactions across Europe and across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining ALG, Laurie spent a number of years in London working in the private equity transactions group of a UK magic circle law firm. During this time, Laurie acted for some of the world’s largest private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a range of transactions and other corporate matters. During her time at this law firm, Laurie was also seconded to Cinven, a leading international private equity firm.
