Mairead O’Brien is a partner in A&L Goodbody’s Disputes & Investigations Group.
Mairead’s practice focuses on advising corporate clients on contentious regulatory issues and white-collar crime matters. Mairead regularly supports clients in sensitive, fast-moving engagements with regulatory and law enforcement agencies, from initial incident response through to remediation and the defence of enforcement actions. Her experience includes advising on dawn raids, requests for information, evidence collection and disclosure, internal investigations, and self-reporting issues. She has particular expertise in consumer protection law issues and advising clients in the technology, consumer products and services, automotive, construction, financial services, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Mairéad has also completed a secondment as Legal Counsel with one of the world’s largest multinational technology companies.
