Patricia Einfeldt is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources team. Patricia has experience of advising various clients on high profile energy and infrastructure transactions, including manging due diligence processes and reviews, contract negotiations, and advisory work. Her practice includes acting for developers, utilities, sponsors, lenders and corporate offtakers on all forms of energy market contracts, including power purchase agreements, electricity trading and supply agreements. In addition to her commercial contracts work, she also advises on the Irish energy regulatory framework and supports clients in understanding and addressing ESG‑related requirements.
