Sam Corbett is a partner in the firm's Belfast office. He specialises in all aspects of business recovery and insolvency related matters and has extensive experience acting for local and national banks, financial institutions, funds, creditors and insolvency practitioners. Sam has acted on a number of high profile corporate restructurings in Northern Ireland in recent years. Sam is also an adept litigator and specialises in advising financial institutions and banks on financial services and insolvency related litigation. Sam actively prosecutes and defends many litigation cases at the Commercial Court and Chancery Court in Northern Ireland.
