Tara Clememts is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Employment team in Belfast. She has extensive experience of employment tribunal litigation having acted for both employers and employees across the full range of employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing claims. Tara also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and supports employers on day-to-day employment issues, including drafting and reviewing contracts and policies, managing grievances and terminations, and negotiating settlements.’
