ESG and Investment Funds - ESA consultation on EU Disclosures Regulation
The European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) consultation on the EU Regulation on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (EU Disclosures Regulation) issued on 23 April 2020. The consultation contains draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) on the content, methodologies and presentation of each disclosure. It also contains background analysis of the issues and challenges that were addressed in preparing the consultation. UCITS management companies, UCITS and AIFMs are in scope of the EU Disclosures Regulation and stakeholders have until 1 September 2020 to respond to the consultation.
