CBI consultation on the UCITS Regulations and performance fee guidance

The Central Bank of Ireland (the CBI) launched consultation paper 161, containing proposals to update the CBI UCITS Regulations which supplement the general UCITS Regulations in Ireland. They also propose to update performance fee guidance.

CBI consultation on the AIF Rulebook

The CBI launched consultation paper 162, containing proposals to overhaul the Alternative Investment Fund Rulebook in advance of the revised Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive entering into force by 16 April 2026.

The CBI updated its European long-term investment funds (ELTIF) application form to clarify certain requirements as well as information relating to the authorisation process for ELTIFs.
