ALG acted for US ride-sharing company Lyft on its acquisition of taxi app FreeNow

Earlier this week, ALG acted for US ride-sharing company Lyft on its acquisition of taxi app Freenow for €175m to expand into the European market. The acquisition of FreeNow will significantly increase its potential market and open doors to major European cities.
