ALG advise Omnes on its successful exit from ILOS Projects to Axa IM Alts

ALG, alongside Norton Rose Fulbright, advised Omnes on its successful exit from ILOS Projects to Axa IM Alts.

ILOS Projects is an independent producer of renewable energy from photovoltaic plants with operations in seven European countries and a current pipeline of ~5 GWp.

The multi-disciplinary team included Eoghan Browne (Corporate M&A), Aisling O'Donoghue (Energy and Infrastructure), Nicholas Ndhlovu (Real Estate) and Kristen Read (Environmental & Planning).
