ALG advised Royalton Group on the planned delivery of the new Richmond Village

ALG recently advised Royalton Group and Walls Construction Limited on the planned delivery of the new Richmond Village residential scheme, in partnership with the The Land Development Agency. This new residential scheme will deliver 779 apartments in Fairview, Dublin 3. A new 51-bed medical facility will also be separately delivered for St. Vincent’s Hospital Fairview.

The ALG team was led by partners David Fitzgerald, Eamonn Gill and Niamh McMahon, together with Conor Burke (Construction), Eibhlín Clinton (Construction), and Nicholas Ndhlovu (Real Estate).
