ALG's Corporate and Real Estate teams have played a key role in a successful acquisition for Lanthorn and the TMR Hotel Collection, advising on the purchase of the Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny from a well-known Donegal family.

This transaction further strengthens TMR Hotel Collection's rapidly expanding portfolio and underscores the group's continued commitment to acquiring high-quality hospitality assets across Ireland. The Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny is a fantastic addition, and we wish the TMR Hotel Collection every success as they continue to grow.
