ALG advises US-headquartered AJ Capital Partners on its €47m acquisition of the Slieve Donard Resort & Spa, Co. Down

Our Belfast office acted alongside Travers Smith in advising US-headquartered AJ Capital Partners on its €47m acquisition of the iconic Slieve Donard Resort & Spa in Co. Down from Hastings Hotels, Northern Ireland - Northern Ireland’s largest independent hotel operator.

The resort will be the first on the island of Ireland operated by AJ Capital Partners under its Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts brand which has a collection of high-end golf resorts in St Andrews, North Berwick and Troon, Scotland.
