Aventa on its acquisition of Irish Sea Contractors

ALG has advised Aventa on its acquisition of Irish Sea Contractors (ISC), the Wexford-based marine contractor specialising in marine civil engineering, commercial diving and subsea cable work, working alongside August Debouzy.

The deal gives the French marine energy group an operational base in Ireland with plans to expand its services, create skilled roles and open a presence in Dublin.
