On 14 July 2025, the European Commission published its finalised guidelines on the protection of minors (the Guidelines) under the Digital Services Act (the DSA). The Guidelines were adopted following a public consultation on draft guidelines that were released in May 2025. See here for our note on the draft Guidelines.
In this publication, we provide an overview of some of the key aspects of the Guidelines and highlight some of the notable changes which were introduced in the final version.
