UK TPR Update 2020
Our Global Fund Registration Services team looks at implications for investment funds marketed in the UK of the Financial Conduct Authority's temporary permissions regime, which has re-opened its notification window from 30 September to 30 December 2020. Fund managers may be new to the TPR, may need to update an existing notification or may wish to add newly authorised funds.
