The Minister confirmed that the Gender Pay Gap portal will be operational for the November 2026 reporting cycle, and (subject to an amendment being made to the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021) employers will be required to submit their data via this portal in November this year. Further details on the portal are available here in our previous article on this topic.
