Employment

While employers must ensure fair pay for employees, their responsibilities extend much further, of course. They must ensure their people are safe at work, included and consulted as appropriate, and empowered to speak up when there is a problem.

Our deeply experienced employment team advises clients on diversity and inclusion, pay transparency and gender pay gap reporting, protected disclosures and other workforce-related obligations.

We also advise our clients on sustainability reporting obligations that involve consulting with employees and representative bodies, on matters such as European works councils.

And in line with our own ethos of responsibility, we offer pro bono advice to not-for profit organisations supporting immigrants, the homeless and others.
