Our OPEN Pathways initiative brings together our work in education and employment, helping to increase access for people in our community. In addition, we support our local communities through employee fundraising.
Working with community partners, schools, universities, and colleagues, we support access to education, employment, and career progression. We create connected opportunities from secondary school through further education and into careers.
