We want to manage our business in a responsible way and always be transparent to our stakeholders – our clients, our employees, and our industry and community partners.
Responsible Business is supported by clear governance and leadership structures across the firm. Our Head of Responsible Business reports directly to the Managing Partner, with oversight of the strategy provided by a designated partner.
Our Management Committee reviews progress against our Responsible Business strategy twice-yearly, reinforcing accountability and ensuring continued alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
We believe accountability requires transparency, external scrutiny and a willingness to continually improve. We benchmark our performance through recognised standards and commitments, including the Business Working Responsibly Mark, the Pro Bono Pledge, the Elevate Inclusive Workplace Pledge and our Science-Based Targets. These frameworks help us measure what matters, report on our progress and remain accountable to our people, clients and wider stakeholders.
We recognise that our impact extends beyond our own operations and into our supply chain. We are committed to working with suppliers who share our values and support our ambitions around responsible business, sustainability and ethical conduct. Our approach to responsible procurement is guided by our Managing Suppliers Responsibly policy and Third Party Compliance Standards policy, which help us build strong supplier relationships, manage risk and promote high standards across our supply chain.
